Field Trip to "Sachsenhain“ and Bergen-Belsen Memorial

Together with Prof. Dr. Joachim Wolschke-Bulmahn from Leibniz University Hannover, several team members visited the “Sachsenhain”, a meeting place designed for the SS in Verden (Aller) in 1934, and the memorial site of the former Bergen-Belsen concentration camp to examine landscape and spatial designs of the National Socialists and their reshaping after 1945 on site.
